The ability to integrate multiple applications and technologies into one platform allows us to automate processes that previously required several manual steps. It's easy to implement new features as our needs change without having to go back to coding them myself. Can be difficult to find documentation when looking up how to access certain functions, but this is easily overcome. We are solving an extremely complex problem at our organization. We have an application with over 70 users that requires constant maintenance. Until now, we haven't had anyone who could dedicate time to doing so. This service has allowed our team to devote their time solely to the development side of things while allowing our IT department to focus on day-to-day operations.
