Good but very scary elf.
As another reviewer said, arms and legs are not provided. They know what they're doing in the description, but they get away with it because of the wording. It's cheaper than an elf on the shelf and it already has velcro on the arms, so that's cool. I bought this because I lost our elf on the shelf and I just hope my kids don't remember that old elf and call me. Just remember, when they say "flexible," they don't mean wiry arms and legs. They just mean it's soft, not hard.
