Does the product work? Yes. There was a noticeable difference in dust and odor after a few hours of operation, and an automatic sensor changed the fan speed (I was cooking bacon in the oven and when the speed was higher to "clean" the air). However, the problem/issue is this. that I seem to have spent $100 on a disposable machine since there are NO product numbers on the HEPA filter and the filter size doesn't seem to be working when looking for potential replacement parts. Bought in September, filters pre-vacuum but eventually I will need a replacement filter as I have two large dogs. If K-Uppet doesn't solve the problem of changing the filter, it's a completely pointless purchase and not worth the money. I have contacted the manufacturer and retailer of Revain for more information. Unfortunately, none of them can provide information on how to order replacement filters. The machine itself is great but has a short shelf life if replacement filters are never referenced/provided.
