The ease of use is great! It doesn't take much training or time to learn how it works. You can do everything you need in just one program (and I've used other software as well). There are some things that aren't easy to find via search but if you look around there are answers provided by users. For example, when trying to get payment amounts from payors, it isn't always obvious what they will accept without having to try each provider individually. Also, since we have so many providers with different types of plans, sometimes it could be hard to figure out which plan will work best for our patient. We solved this problem by adding all of their insurances into 1 system at once rather than using multiple systems.
