Love the ability to switch from hand held shower to hand held shower. This made this shower feature very enjoyable. The system comes with everything you need for installation, including thread tape! There was a problem installing. It comes with a "latch" that should hold the head in place once it's screwed onto the pipe. Well, this block is cheap plastic and broke when turned by hand! This makes it unusable. In addition, the system has many customization options. Each head has multiple spray functions, allowing you to get sprays from pulsating to gentle. And you can use both the fixed head and the hand wand at the same time, each with different spray patterns. Without the broken lock I would have given five stars, it's that beautiful!
