Disgusting taste. Gag. But I figured out how to take it easily

My doctor prescribed me 6.5 grams of L-arginine 3 times a day. So pills were out of the question unless I wanted to take 13 pills 3 times a day. I tried this powder mixed with liquid and it was unbearable. I couldn't believe how hard it was to take this powder. Drinking a glass of tea or something with it was torture. I found two solutions: First solution: mix 5 grams with a full spoonful of toffee pudding (from the grocery store), put a heaped pudding in your mouth and immediately swish it in your mouth (left to right) with hot coffee and swallow . (Of course, my coffee for Christmas has mint-flavored cream.) Got it! Ideal! Second solution: I fold a sheet of paper like BC powder and put 5 grams of L-arginine in the fold. Then I pour it into my mouth and immediately drink coffee. Did! Ideal! Whistle is important. I think it helps the L-arginine melt. However. i love this stuff It gives me a lot of energy and relieves muscle pain. I am a 46 year old woman.
