The benefits we have realized so far include increased efficiency in keeping track with our guest information as well as being able provide better customer service by having access 24/7 through phone or email when needed! We would like more features such as online check ins which can be used at any time without needing assistance is also something that should come along soon!! Overall I think this program has been very beneficial thus solving some issues encountered before it came into play including but limited only too many problems related specifically to security concerns regarding who was allowed entry where etc.
