To get any kind of assistance from them was like pulling teeth, and they made me feel like I was disturbing them. It was like pulling teeth. To add insult to injury, their turnaround times for delivery were pitiful. In this day and age, the fact that I had to wait weeks for my purchase to be fulfilled is completely unacceptable. To summarize, despite the fact that AspenTek might possess some redeeming qualities, the company's lackluster assortment, unhelpful customer service, and slow shipping times are significant drawbacks. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are searching for an online store that can cater to your requirements for house improvement and supply you with outstanding customer service.
