The rubber dots in the mesh on the underside of the iBuddy seat cover began to break down after about 9 months, leaving small black pieces of rubber on the seat and floor. Nothing bad, but certainly not comfortable. I saw that they had a one year guarantee so I contacted the email address provided on their website and rolled my eyes knowing I would not receive a response. And be damned. I heard the answer I sent them the pictures as requested and they sent me a brand new iBuddy seat cover. I don't know why I'm as shocked as I am delighted, but I really appreciate their willingness to fix things and get things done so quickly. This is good coverage and dogs like the mesh feature that allows air to flow into the back seat. This is Texas. You need cool air. In any case, I liked the product, we encountered a small problem and they did everything right. I can't ask for much more.
