Bought for my son when he was working at BOH and I've bought several pairs of cheaper shoes with not so great results. Anyone who has ever worked in the kitchen knows that with all that constant water you need both slip resistance and water resistance. Decided to give it a try as it is quite expensive comparatively but very satisfied and worth every penny. But? This was before the pandemic, the restaurant is now closed as are many locals. But the shoes were a great investment and extremely slip resistant.
