With this capacity it has a surprisingly small footprint. It's DEEP, but only three rows wide. It's 1 inch wider than the standard Keurig 16 cup box. The metal is thin but very strong! All trays are held by a kind of tongue and groove system that prevents the trays from falling out, even when fully extended. Black paint seems durable, but it's really not something that should be durable. It opens and closes a few times a day. Out of all other KCup organizers, I find this device to be the perfect balance between small size and large capacity. No, they won't fit under your car, but it holds 2-3 times more mugs than most organizers and hides them from view.
