Faster than iMac 2020 27 " internal drive, great value.
This drive is faster than the SSD that came with my 2020 27" iMAC. I'm a professional wedding cameraman and shoot in both 4K and in 1080p and this drive is more than able to handle both with ease. It does seem to feel a bit warm to the touch but I haven't noticed any performance issues due to it. I have a 2 terabyte version and it's more than enough for my current projects.This drive is definitely for those looking for a faster drive and have a Thunderbolt 3 connection.I haven't had any connection issues or issues with this drive.Reliable, inexpensive, ideal for professionals who need fast reliable performance .
