The product itself works great but I had to replace the batteries that came with it straight away - I couldn't get it to work when it arrived until I had replaced the 3 button cells which was annoying because they are you not always easy to find, and they're a bit pricey, especially for a product that needs to work when you take it out of the box. The batteries were green so it looked like they had been there a while or corroded in some way while the product was in the box. Other than that I have no complaints, I would just advise the seller to check the condition of the batteries or the expiration date of the product before selling it to people - it's not a big deal but it's still disappointing.
