Review on City Threads Cotton Sleeve Twirly Girls' Clothing for Dresses by Pete Door

This dress is charming and comfortable. The fabric color in turquoise comes very close to the picture. This is a soft cotton jersey. This is not a tight dress for my 10 year old daughter who is petite for her age. The waist of the dress is a bit wide but slightly higher than her natural waist so I'm not sure if the dress is just cut that way or if she should go up a size. (We've ordered 12 in the short sleeve style but haven't tried it yet.) It's only good for everyday wear but pretty enough to wear for a special occasion. I love that this line is made in the USA.
