Basic peeling. - Grater, Vegetable Slicer and Slicer

This is the original peeler I grew up with. They are very sharp and easy to use once you know how. I like to keep a few cleaning knives in my cutlery drawer so my husband has no excuse for not helping out with the cleaning.
