Highly Recommended! I've had fairly mild plantar fasciitis for years and have just battled it by wearing insoles and limiting my time on my feet. I have a good physical therapist who recommended daily calf stretches (more than 2 minutes straight per day) and strassbourg socks at night (I only wear them on one leg and change them every night). It took some getting used to for the first few nights, but then it didn't bother me at all. My symptoms were completely gone in just a week or two! A month or two later and my feet are still happy despite not wearing them for weeks! If my pain flares up again, I know what to add first to my routine (other than stretching, which I still do). Buy one of them! My only complaints are the color (dirt is easy to see) and the velcro (if you don't line it up perfectly it will scratch you).
