Review on Topllen Lightweight Down Blanket - Noiseless & Ultra Soft Shell - Queen Size 90×90 Inch - Snow Day White by Wayne Lemke

Very nice lightweight duvet/blanket. I ordered the 14 oz white (king size) version as opposed to the ultra light which I feel may be too light for my purposes. The quilt arrived in a small easy-to-carry zip-top bag and although it was packaged in a plastic bag it wasn't vacuum sealed so I didn't have to stretch it to full size. It only took a few shakes. As the filling is very light, there really isn't a lot of down in it, but it's what I've come to expect from a light summer duvet - just enough to keep me warm enough, but not heavy at all and doesn't weigh me down as heavy duvets. The comforter is well stitched and the down is well distributed and held in place by box stitching (no baffle). The fabric of the blanket was not as comfortable as I expected. The product description says it's cotton, but it's actually a blend of just 60% cotton and 40% polyester so it feels pretty smooth to the touch. It's not entirely silent either, but that doesn't bother me too much as I will be using it in a duvet cover. The blanket is both OEKO-Tex certified and Down-Pass certified, which made me very happy. I was also pleased that the fabric information label indicated the fill was at least 75%. I was disappointed with several duvets I bought last year that claimed to be down and had misleading product information, but turned out to have only a small amount of down and are actually duvets (not that insulating). I don't feel any feathers or feathers in this blanket, it's very soft. I think this is a very good duvet for those who really want something very light and just offer a low level of warmth. This blanket would never have been enough for me in cold weather, even with another blanket. The price is reasonable considering the quality of materials and workmanship.
