Monster clip did its job

We bought this powerful clip for a very unusual job. I serve on the Cemetery Commission in my tiny 220 year old town. Over the years, many of the corner markers (square stones of marble or granite with a single initial at the top, marking the property line) have fallen out of sight and become covered with the accumulated dirt of many mowing areas. One of our members had the idea that if the stone could somehow reach the top edges, it could be lifted without digging it up and damaging the stone. With the help of a hand trowel, he was able to make room to place and pull the clamp over the stone. On a few occasions he had to use a clamp through clamp as leverage. Some of these baddies were three feet long! After pulling it out, we filled it up enough that the rock was proud of the earth. The clamp worked great. That's all that should be in the clip for its $92 price tag.
