Terrible so far/Update: they sent a new one
Tool was dead out of the box. Returned for another to try again. Charger/battery pack did not function and also arbor bearing was partially seized so I returned it again.Update: The company sent a free tool once they found out I was not happy with the unit. At first I was not sure if I should accept it. but decided why not? The tool does work, and it seems to be solid. I will run it a bit on a job and see, but I was surprised and impressed that they decided to do this in order to provide service to a custormer.
