Easy and simple system, helps me get quality staff fast
I like most of what we do at this point in time as it is still growing but having an easy to use platform for recruiting talent across geographies has been great! The ability also extend our reach beyond just Australia into other countries makes life easier too!! Nothing so far that i dislike - its all good though :) We have seen benefits from using them since day one (we used their product before they did) which was very helpful when considering who would be best suited long term employees needs/desires etc..
Their customer service team can always help with any queries or issues you may encounter if need arises along your journey together.- Recruitment process- Talent Management System /amp; People AnalyticsI am able find candidates easily through my dashboard by searching skillsets & experience within certain industries eg Banking Technology IT Support Accountant Sales Manager Finance Analyst Data Entry Clerk Customer Service Rep HR Consultants Accounting Project.
- The ease of use of the system and the easy access to candidates through their dashboard system
- The only issue I have is the lag time to get a candidate approved for a role which sometimes can take a couple of days (not sure if there is anything to be done about that.?)
