Creamy, bright, amazingly high quality colours! The choice of colors in this palette is exceptional. I love this color for many reasons, but in short, I love that you can paint thick and bold or translucent and dreamy and all sorts of shades in between and have a consistent, long-lasting color. If you love to paint on the go, on vacation, or in the park, you'll have all the colors you need and several easy-to-draw colors, including skin tones. The palette glass is the same as the Sennelier glass with 48 colors. I clean up sharp edges with sandpaper and don't rely on clamps to hold paint. I add magnets to the bottom of the shapes. I write the name of the color and the name of the brand on the pans with a black marker. This way I can use my favorite colors in a smaller jar when I need a smaller palette. Adding magnets adds weight to the palette. In general, the paint is worth the money. A little really goes a long way. If you buy it, use it, don't treat it dearly, and don't be afraid to have fun with it. The only art tool you don't need is one you don't use, and life is too short to have things you enjoy and not use them.
