Review on 🏆 Premium MAXLINER Floor Mats 2 Row Liner Set in Sleek Black for 2017-2021 Mazda CX-5 by Jun Merritt

So I bought these for my 2018 Mazda CX5. Shape and fit are great. They are not slippery even in wet Oregon weather. I love how protective they are, how beautiful they look and how sturdy they are. No matter how good they are, they have one major disadvantage. The clips/fasteners that attach them to the carpet break. 1/2 broke on the driver's side and passenger's side on the CX5. I ordered a pair for my 2011 F150 and both of the driver side clips broke and I sent them back. Unfortunately, when the second clip on the driver's side of my pair of CX5s breaks, I will have to go back to the factory floor mats as I am concerned that they will slip and interfere with the pedals. You should add extra clips to these mats or redesign the clips. I saw many reviews where there was the same problem. I hope that the manufacturer pays attention to these reviews. The product is fantastic except for one very important point. Update 8/25/20: Upgraded from 3 to 5 stars based on solid customer service. Often more valuable than anything else. I contacted MaxLiner/SmartLiner about defective retaining clips. They replied within an hour. I sent them the part numbers on the underside of the rug and my address. Within an hour of this second email, I received a follow-up email that they were sending me additional fixers. In my opinion, good customer service can be more valuable than the product itself. I'm impressed. It should be noted that six months later I am still satisfied with the product and after this customer service experience I will certainly recommend these mats to anyone who asks.
