I bought a pre built PC from CyberPower. Obviously the finished builds come with their own unnamed power supply. I had to switch to this baby from an unknown brand 650W Gold. When I got it I was a bit nervous to say the least. I have never bought NZXT but wanted to try this beautiful thing. The packaging was great and included a small pouch for all the cables. I took it out of the box and felt the power. I just felt comfortable in my arms. Sturdy, simple, sleek and a good weight for its size (see size chart). I installed it with no problems and the cables are well routed/well designed. I turned it on and started hearing this clicking sound. I thought it was the power supply so I went to the website and searched for customer service. I was able to chat with someone IMMEDIATELY. unheard of. The product support was fantastic (10 year warranty) and after fixing my stupid face the cable stopped my GPU fan. So yes, it was my GPU that clicked, not the PSU. After fixing it with the help of a live NZXT troubleshooter, I started playing. So far I haven't had any problems with the ZERO after a few weeks of gaming. I'm hoping this holds up for at least the next two PC builds I anticipate in my life, or at least until I find a woman. Ha. PC component prices are crazy now for some reason. I got this crap for about $100. For gold 750W? Yus preas.
