Review on ScandiPWA by Joshua Coulter

The UI and UX are really good! It gives us more flexibility to develop PwA applications using native APIs which has been missing in others solutions so far as I remember; it seems they add support now after we raised this feature request many times ago (in early 2020). Sometimes, their product team takes much time to respond our emails/requests; however with some patience that's expected from end users who need quick results but still want top quality software/services overall. We're building apps of high volume use cases like grocery shopping & buying products online - we do most things there via web browsers only at home or office while doing groceries etc during day shifts when working remotely makes sense. I like how easy it is to set up in your store. You can customize the look and feel of the store frontend very easily with this program. We are using this software primarily for a customer service chat widget. The customers love being able to use their phones when they need help immediately. They also see that we have an app, which gives them even more confidence in our brand.
