The bottom of the larger side (the right side as I use this cutlery organizer) arrived detached from the sides. In order for the entire organizer to remain properly connected and stable, the bottom needs to be properly attached to the sides. I unwrapped the organizer and the bottom popped out immediately as I tried to push it further. Using glue I was able to glue the bottom to the boards and reattach it to the sides. However, this cutlery organizer is *brand new* so I don't need to fix it right away. I give it two stars because once assembled it works pretty well. Drawers are just over 2 inches deep. You can keep the organizer completely closed and it has four long (vertical) drawers and one horizontal drawer. The kit includes slats that allow you to install up to three additional longer drawers if you have the drawer width to extend the organizer enough. The price is decent for a bamboo kitchen drawer organizer, but I don't like fixing something as soon as I unbox it.
