I’ve never had an infant / toddler aspirator, other than the manual type. I was actually impressed with the aspirator and the assortment of silicone tips that go with it. It charges rapidly with the included USB charging cable, which isn’t proprietary. The aspirator has a very responsive touch screen, one with which I could choose my aspiration strength. There are six different strengths that I can select using the + / - button.This kit does have several extras, all listed below. Some of them are rather extraneous and I’ll probably never use them. Instead, I’ll be getting some baby clippers as the ones included are for an older child. I do appreciate the thoughtfulness of those who put together the kit. I really love the hard-shell case, which keeps everything clean and dry as well as portable. I have a couple cases like the one included and love them. The instructions are short, but useful.
