3 pack on the go (a set of filters is not a 3 pack)

I ordered 3 pack pre and post filters for my vacuum cleaner. What I got was a single set of filters. The label on the box said the product came in 3 pieces, but there were only 2 pieces in the box; a pre-filter, a post-filter. Update: Customer support was a big plus. The seller has contacted me to fix the issue and is working to ensure it doesn't happen again. I appreciate speaking to someone who appreciates customer support.
