Review on 🔳 OXO Steel POP Container - Large Square - 4.0 Quart by Cathy Gonzales

I have four. Filled with: Vital Wheat Gluten, 00 Flour, AP Unmalted Flour and KA Whole Wheat Flour. Labeled so other family members could distinguish AP from 00 and gluten from white wheat. They stack nicely - two high up under the work table that holds my blender, blender, spices and other bread-making utensils. Bought a smaller one to store yeast. The containers are transparent so I always know how many I have. Each holds 2.5 kg/5 lbs. The corners are great for stuffing. Easy to clean - both container and lid. For easy cleaning, the lid is unscrewed and the seal removed. I always hand wash and wipe the outer lid and exterior as needed, using some all-purpose spray cleaner and a paper/tea towel.
