For a Few Dollars More - Twice as Good

This trickle charger was about $5 more than the others I have bought. For that $5 I got 30% more current, controlled against over charging, and with light signals telling me the status of the charge. Also, this seems to work with a nearly dead battery (whereas the other chargers go over amp and shut down). And, the hardware is sturdier and higher quality.

Pros

Works great for keeping battery charged over the winter months on boat and lawnmower

Cons

May produce unwanted noise during charging process
