I bought a phone in MVideo in January 2022. My first phone was replaced under warranty. He didn't download apps. After the service, I brought the phone home. I put it on the table and turned on the charger. He survived one charge and turned off for good. The second time the service indicated the reason "Mechanical damage". The phone is perfect. And the only ones who opened the phone was just a Samsung service center. The result - I was left without a phone. Samsung bought more than 10 years. All flagships, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and everything else. I am so disappointed with the work of the Samsung service center that I will never buy a product of this brand again.
