The second time the service indicated the reason "Mechanical damage". The phone is perfect. And the only ones who opened the phone was just a Samsung service center. The result - I was left without a phone. Samsung bought more than 10 years. All flagships, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and everything else. I am so disappointed with the work of the Samsung service center that I will never buy a product of this brand again.
