Review on Aurora AU1800XA Crosscut Shredder with Anti-Jam Technology, CD and Credit Card Shredding/6-Gallon Pullout Basket, 30-Minute Continuous Run Time by Shane Yay

I bought this to replace a much older Aurora grinder that was about 12 years old and I ground it all up. Compared to others, this one has more features designed to protect you from breakage. I understand that most people aren't very smart, so I guess that's okay. Example: The guide to how much paper can be loaded explains that a sheet of paper folded in half is equal to two pieces. Probably because someone didn't know. If you're an experienced shredder, remove staples, don't exceed the amount of paper you need to load, and maintain your shredder regularly, this shredder will do. If you don't do all of these, this seems to have enough safeguards to help you. My only complaint is the bucket shape. All in all it's not bad and works as it should. I'm just poking around here. There has to be a way to construct a bucket that can empty the cross passages without spilling them. All in all I would definitely recommend this.
