The best! I no longer snack between meals and eat smaller portions when I'm even hungry! I've been using this product for 2 months and the weight is coming down. I used the cleaner once on my first bottle too! I will start training next month with my next 14 day clean and will continue to use the daily program. Remember that after a 14-day cleanse, you have to wait 30 days for the next one! I will update on January 1st and show pictures.
