I would not recommend them for heavy condensation. They absorb moisture very well, but become damp and do not dry out. They retain moisture for so long that they smell like mold. I stacked two or three on top of each other so the surface underneath doesn't get wet, but since they never dry out even that doesn't fully work. I would recommend protecting them from scratches but not moisture. In the end I decided to buy something else because they just don't work for what I need.
