I recently placed an order with WOWOW for some bathroom fittings, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the results. The items in my order were damaged when they eventually did arrive, and shipping took longer than anticipated. It was challenging to get a response when I attempted to reach customer service, and when I did, the agent was unhelpful and unprofessional. To anyone searching for trustworthy and high-quality home improvement products, I would not suggest WOWOW.
