The best thing about this tool it's ease of use, which makes things simple to manage our projects with other team members as well as clients alike! It can be used in many different ways depending on your needs or preferences.

I dislike how expensive they are compared to similar tools that offer free plans too (e.g., Basecamp). This does not mean there isn't something wrong with their service; however, if you want more features than what comes standard with most services out here at least try one trial first before purchasing just so you aren’t disappointed later down the road when all those extra bells & whistles start adding up. If you're looking into creating a collaborative workspace between multiple people/teams then definitely give them a go because once set-up everything runs smoothly from both sides! We have been able to communicate effectively since we started using gladys while also being kept informed by email updates whenever anything changes regarding assignments etc.
