THIKPO's management of shipping and delivery has room for improvement.

As a longtime customer, I can say that THIKPO's shipping and handling services leave something to be desired. Shipping times and quality leave much to be desired, but they have an extensive inventory of auto parts, batteries, and accessories. Poor wrapping has caused me to wait longer and be more inconvenienced on multiple occasions when receiving things. Some orders may take much longer than expected to arrive, and the shipping duration is unpredictable. Customer service is friendly and quick to respond in most cases, but they might improve by being more proactive in informing customers of any delays in shipment or problems with their products. While I do value THIKPO's low prices and extensive inventory, I find it difficult to rely on them as my go-to auto parts retailer due to repeated shipping and handling problems. I'm crossing my fingers that they'll work to enhance the shipping and handling procedures that they use to better serve their clients.
