I bought this to charge my Paxcess portable battery. It works in partly sunny conditions but works best in full sun, especially with a portable battery as it takes about 6-8 hours to charge my portable battery. I found the USB ports very useful. What I didn't like was the inability to charge other devices while the portable battery is charging. Another downside is that when it was cloudy, the battery started draining when it was still connected. Your needs will determine if this product is right for you. I like to get the best out of my products. This product is still useful but a bit fiddly to keep track of my device otherwise I'd waste a day waiting for a full charge but didn't get one. I like the compact size and quality. I use it while driving because it sits lightly on the dashboard on a sunny day.
