Stop thinking about it - yes, it's worth it.

This pillow is worth it. I used it during my first pregnancy and put off buying it to make sure I didn't have to spend $60 on a pillow. When I finally did, I cursed myself for waiting so long. This pillow is magical. The pain in my left thigh is gone. It helped position my wrists so my CT symptoms were mild. This pillow is not small. I had this in our double bed and it took up my whole side. Annoys my husband but I don't need an extra pillow for my side. If you doubt it, just do it. I will continue to use this pillow post pregnancy it is so comfortable. Do that.
