Review on VIA Smart Building Management System by Harald Patterson

We have been using Via for over 5 years now at our school district office here in Indiana. The benefits of having smart thermostats are endless! It helps us save money by lowering heating/air conditioning usage when not needed as well as increasing comfort levels during colder months. I also love how connected we can get through their app which is super helpful every day!! Nothing really comes into mind but all my concerns were addressed upon request (even though they already had them covered). This product has helped keep our offices warm on cold days without wasting heat so far. It is very user friendly, has a lot of useful features, and is very reliable. I dislike that you cannot customize the alerts you receive when using the app. The alerts are not customizable. I also dislike that you cannot set up customized rules for the notifications. This is a great tool for those who need an easy way to monitor their buildings. I use it as part of my daily routine to check if any alarms have been triggered.
