I'm tired of fumbling with bacon in a freezer bag and back. It was dirty and there always seemed to be gravy on the counter that needed to be wiped down and sanitized. Container ordered, delivered today. I was excited to try it so I washed it and refilled it right away. The container feels solid and the lid fits snugly, not to mention the attractive lid and freezer bag saving. I love that I can see through it to know when I'm running out of water. The attached picture shows a container of about 1 3/4 pounds of bacon.
