Safety Considerations in Toddler and Activity Toys
The paint has peeled off the parts. The needle comes out of the hole. So if your child picks them up and puts them down their throat, it's a real safety issue. Also, the green holes are perfect for a small child's mouth, which poses another choking hazard.
