Choking Hazard: Toys for Babies and Toddlers

My child can put the pieces in his mouth. I had to replace them with the same larger diameter parts from another toy. The pieces are placed in a roll of toilet paper. This is a choking hazard.

Pros
  • This material helps baby develop spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination and practice different finger grips while baby learns how to slide across panes on a pole.
Cons
  • Approximately

Not suitable for early development and activity toy

The vertical dowel is not screwed in tightly and moves back and forth. The horizontal dowel was badly glued and came out. I tried to re-glue it myself, but it didn't take root. Also, the first thing my 14 month old put one of the green circles all the way in his mouth was scary.

Pros
  • Montessori from the beginning, children's hand-eye coordination can be cultivated while playing, used as a teaching tool in school, home schooling or early childhood.
Cons
  • A few small things

Safety Considerations in Toddler and Activity Toys

The paint has peeled off the parts. The needle comes out of the hole. So if your child picks them up and puts them down their throat, it's a real safety issue. Also, the green holes are perfect for a small child's mouth, which poses another choking hazard. While the idea of coordination and fine motor skills makes sense, there are too many safety issues for me to use this product. upset.

Pros
  • This horizontal pin helps develop a grip that is slightly different from a traditional toy and creates additional challenges for the child.
Cons
  • This makes me angry
