This is a quality product that is very easy to set up and use. I just installed it on my bike but am in the process of getting another one for my bike and quad. My iPhone connects and disconnects in two seconds. The only problem with this item is the safety feature, you need a special Allen key to attach it to the handlebar. You can't use a standard allen wrench to install it, you have to use their custom allen wrench and the one they sent me didn't work so I had to use my grinder and drill to get it working. Now I have to be careful that I don't lose the Allen key because I have to make adjustments from time to time. This is a silly security feature because nobody will try to steal it off my bike. Please fix these Alan wrenches because I'm sure other people have had the same problem as me. But like I said, the product is perfect.
