Cons: 1) Instructions are very vague and poorly translated into English 2) Water pours out everywhere when you pour it where it tells you 3) Water pours out from all sides even when you just sit there and the water is badly retained so the slightest movement or adjustment made to change this thing's position will splatter water4), you'll hardly feel a thing. I used this outside on our picnic table on high settings and it was ok but better than nothing. I also drive a non-AC school bus (most have no AC, just windows) so it's pretty hot for me to sit in it and wait for the kids to leave school when it's 30 degrees outside. On the bus, water was dripping on me and the dashboard, and I didn't feel any air leaking at all. Pros: 1) The battery lasts quite a long time.
