Very thin plastic. This one only holds very light objects - maybe feathers? You just know that hitting something hard and the bottom and sides will snap. There are only two handles with latches on the lid and anything can get into the box as it is unsealed. Everything is made cheaply and all you know is that the lifespan will be very short. Don't waste money. Get containers with 6 snap handles and a foam frame around the top to keep critters and moisture out. Get it right the first time and save landfill space.
