I bought this product after my conditioner crumble stopped working for me due to a diluted formula change. This Pantene Detangle Cream Conditioner works great for me! I apply it to damp hair after the shower and brush it through my hair and it detangles any tangles quite easily. I'm surprised. I've also noticed that when using this product, the ends of my hair don't get as dry and frizzy, nor look as strawy and dead. My hair ends look alive even if I don't wash my hair for days.
