Pros: * Bristles. I know some people say they are too soft but I love the bristles on this broom. They are long, thick and full and get every crumb. They are easy to maneuver under cabinets and around corners. Cons: * The handle is too short. It speaks to what's coming of me as I'm only 5ft 2in tall. When I sweep, my hand rests on the broom handle, which doesn't give me much leverage to move the broom. Make space. *The included wall hanging bracket is a cheap thin piece of plastic with adhesive on the back. It fell off the wall within hours. *The last two are the most disappointing. Because all the parts bolted to this broom require you to CONSTANTLY tighten as you sweep, like every third stroke, and to top it all the connections are so flimsy that the broom handle will bend in your sleep and make you want to break it . at any time. I'm very careful with it, but it won't last long.* After all, the dustpan is garbage. Pot so I have to use my old shovel making this purchase pointless. I'm not sure how this set got such a person and good reviews, but I'd like to give a fair warning. Maybe I have a lemon. I hate leaving bad reviews but after struggling with it for a month I didn't want anyone else to do the same.
