Review on 🍳 Presto 07055 Cool-Touch Electric Ceramic Griddle, 20-inch, Black: Get the Perfect Cooking Experience by Kholar Irvine

I read a lot of negative reviews and was reluctant but ordered this model anyway. I brushed it very lightly with vegetable oil and the pancakes browned unevenly on the 300 setting. Somewhat disappointed I removed the oil with soap and water. Heat it up to 300 and let the thermostat turn off the heat when it reaches temperature. I repeated this automatic cycle and then made pancakes *without* oil with the same batter and the results were perfect. In other words, allow the temperature to stabilize for a few more minutes before cooking and don't use oil. My only caveat: it slides easily across the counter and you'll be tempted to grab the pan by the grease tray, which will fall out! I called Presto about this and they quickly sent 4 free "rubber feet" which solved the problem. 2 rubber feet fit easily, 2 require some force. Would get 5 stars if it came with the rubber feet. Also, make sure you're using a 1500w power strip and, if necessary, no longer than absolutely necessary.
