Received the shower head and installed and used it within 20 minutes (I already had the white tape for the pipe threads). I jumped in and was a bit disappointed the first time. I turned 2 showers on together and the water pressure wasn't top notch. But if you think about it, that's to be expected as the water is diverted to 2 heads so it's reduced. However, if you want strong pressure, you must do each one individually. The second time I showered, I turned on the main shower head or the hand held shower head and the pressure was amazing! Each of them is much stronger than I expected or expected. So if you run both at the same time, it's like normal or like rain. But if you need more pressure, run them independently and you won't be disappointed.
