💦 Waterpik PowerPulse High Pressure Shower Head Handheld Spray, 2-in-1 Dual System with 5-Foot Hose, Therapeutic Massage, Chrome - 2.5 GPM XET-633-643 Review

I bought this unit on May 23rd. 2019. I've been using it for 1 month and there was little to no handstick pressure this morning. I'm a plumber so I've done ALL possible troubleshooting steps to find the problem. I think the valve in the main head is already broken. A MONTH.

Looks cheap and good value compared to more expensive brands, but works better and is easier to keep clean. The hose looks "really" bad, but works perfectly again. I recommend using a better quality hose, at least if you are using this product in your home shower. If anyone has a source for a better compatible hose please post to Waterpik, I'll try to find an option. The hose is also too short.

Received this to replace a 'standard' (small jet) apartment shower head. First, it was very easy to install. I'd recommend using tape (depending on how old the joints are for you) and maybe pliers, but it was easy enough to hand tighten. After installation, it is also very easy to use and works very well. Received the shower head and installed and used it within 20 minutes (I already had the white tape for the pipe threads). I jumped in and was a bit disappointed the first time. I turned 2 showers on together and the water pressure wasn't top notch. But if you think about it, that's to be expected as the water is diverted to 2 heads so it's reduced. I stayed at a B&B that had one of the expensive Delta brand nested twin heads. I liked it enough to want it, but didn't want to pay close to $100 for a shower head, so I gave this one a try. I'm happy to say that this one is even better than the nested one, mainly due to the full area of the stationary head when used alone. It was very easy to install.
